Who We Use For Delivery
We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Interlink Express for the majority of all orders. The method of delivery and the courier used will be emailed to you on dispatch along with a tracking number if available. You can choose any convenient delivery address, but you must arrange for someone to be present to receive and sign for the package on the expected delivery date. When a parcel cannot be delivered (e.g. no-one at home) you will be notified by the relevant courier with a calling card to arrange for a suitable time for redelivery or collection from the courier's depot. If your parcel is not collected or redelivered within the time frame stated on the calling card (Royal Mail, one week for Recorded Signed For items) then it will be returned to Discount Communications Ltd. Your credit / debit card will then be credited your original total cost less £9.99 which is the full cost of processing a undelivered returned item back to Discount Communications Ltd.
